Faq

Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

Please contact us as quickly as possible at support@jemsporting.com and include your order number with the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to catch it before it ships. If the order has been shipped already, you will need to contact AusPost to arrange a redirection.

Once an order has been processed and confirmed you can longer add or remove items. A new order will have to be made.

First, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number
You will then receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your parcel has been shipped and is on it's way! This email may be followed by emails from our shipping subsidiaries, who will notify you as the parcel moves closer and closer to its destination.

Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $100, Free express shipping for orders $150. Standard shipping
times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days, via express and 5-10 business days with regular shipping. We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, but this is highly dependant on order volumes at the of purchase.

Please note: JEM is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent
to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. JEM is not responsible for any
packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

Once international orders are shipped it can take up to 5-14 full business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from, depending on where you are located. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for customs fees or policies and apologize for any inconvenience they may cause you!

Please note: if payment to customs is not made, your order will be returned to JEM and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be packed and prepared.

Returns

We are so confident you will absolutely love your Jem Sporting order! But in the rare case that you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will happily provide you with a store credit to the amount of
your purchase (excluding shipping).
For us to accept your return, please check the following apply:
- The item is unworn and still in its original packaging
- The item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it
- The item was not a sale/discounted item
- All shipping costs are covered by the customer
